THE RAM AND THE SCORPION: Fatal Attraction

This Zodiac version of Bonnie and Clyde are two adventurous spirits who love trouble, a good fight, and doing what others would never dare. And yes, together they will challenge society in defense of one another if necessary. Others will not understand the relationship between Scorpio and Aries, from the outside looking more like a struggle for power than love. However, the two will not understand how they ever managed without each other.

FROM THE ARIES PERSPECTIVE:

Finally, Scorpio has a Zodiac sign bold and exciting enough to bond with. Because like Scorpio, Aries is ruled by the warrior planet of Mars and will understand conflict and aggression as a sign of love - Scorpio will be smitten. However, Scorpio is possessive and will have a hard time adjusting to Aries’ flirtatious behavior and will most likely retaliate worst. Aries will feel the sting, but will be surprisingly aroused by it.

Scorpio finds Aries a lover who is passionate, loving, and strong - even secretly wild once you get passed the cold exterior. Pleasure pain was made by these two. Their lovemaking will be aggressive and almost violent and they will both love it. Scorpio does not care if lovemaking last five minutes or five hours, as long as it’s good, to their standard. Scorpio’s want to prove their sexual prowess and will want to lead Aries down a sexual thrill ride. Aries is equally passionate and will wants to the lead of course, applying skill learned from passed lovers to Scorpio. Both these signs love oral sex, which comes great in lovemaking, but is not an essential building block in long-term relationships.

War is not a negative tool in the Scorpio’s arsenal, and will love to push buttons to get a reaction out of Aries. Aries is feisty and will argue for hours with Scorpio’s planned out intellectual tongue lashings. If only the totality of the relationship were as uncomplicated as sex, the two could go through eternity consumed with their lustful passion. Scorpio’s wild mood swings and secretive nature will not be understood by Aries, but will sense the power behind the sentiment and relate to that. Scorpio’s inflexibility to authority and unwillingness to be controlled will frustrate Aries. Sadly, in a life together, they burn each other out and when the love dies, it’s too often replaced with equally powerful animosity. This can be the “fatal attraction” relationship. They never get over each other. If older however, Aries will continue to be intrigued and even turned on by Scorpio’s stubbornness and will be more conciliatory.

FROM THE SCORPIO PERSPECTIVE:

Aries is by nature uncomplicated and flirtatious, falling in love at first sight and wanting to go straight home to bed. Scorpio will be infatuated with this, loving the “what you see is what you get” quality of Aries. Scorpio however will look for underlying layers when in fact Aries isn’t hiding anything. Aries is a true extrovert, totally up-front and open, while Scorpio is more inward, emotional and, at times, manipulative. Despite their differences in emotional involvement, both partners love risk and taking chances; this is not a boring relationship! Aries and Scorpio will have lots of adventures together as long as they keep in mind sometimes a truce is necessary to keep things running smoothly!

Aries has an odd combination of vanity, competitiveness, and insecurity and needs praise. Scorpio does little to ease this basic vulnerability. This is the sign to which you say, “You’re the best sex I’ve ever had.” And it’s most likely true! Scorpio, on the other hand, being jealous, never wants to hear those words and will most likely not believe them. Scorpio knows full well that Aries has had other lovers. Scorpio just doesn’t want to be confronted with that fact and will look for ways to make his mark at truly being the best. Younger Scorpio will have to work on his jealousy or face the trouble caused when Aries doesn’t like being considered personal property.

Scorpio knows that when someone flies off the handle, you get a glimpse of their hidden nature and what motivates them, and will love to instigate arguments with Aries. Aries will construed these to be “temper tantrums” and will be frustrated with them. Aries will also have a hard time adjusting to Scorpio’s unwillingness to cooperate. Age is crucial for these two signs and an older, mature Aries will accept Scorpio’s behavior and will understand that Scorpio only respects a partner who does not whine about their actions but will not hesitate to put them in their place. Their daytime verbal tongue lashings will build up playful aggression and tension that will yield a sweet payback at night, when Scorpio will cuddle and spoil Aries in their dark moments. It will be tough to lasso Aries permanently, but with the stinger, Scorpio can do it.

LONG TERM OUTLOOK:

What’s the best aspect of the Aries-Scorpio relationship? The power of their combined forces. They’re both winners and they won’t give up, making theirs a relationship that never settles for second best. Scorpio and Aries can both learn about spontaneity from each other - doing things just for the experience, rather than always having an agenda in mind. Aries can help teach Scorpio to stabilize and finish things rather than always jumping into new projects without completing what’s already on the table. These two signs will grow more and more bold in the shadow of each other, so much that it can become dangerously egotistical.

Scorpio will remain full of mystery, reinventing and changing themselves through the years. This will offer Aries variety and stimulation so as to not get bored by staying with one partner. When and if they can understand that they’re both loyal and devoted to one another, and they can both be the boss - Aries as the initiator and Scorpio as the emotional leader, their mafia-like respect and love can make this relationship one to fear.

On Nov. 13, 2013, 30 trucks filled with 5-cent coins from South Korea arrived at Apple’s headquarters in California. Initially thought to be in the wrong place, Apple CEO, Tim Cook, then received a call from Samsung CEO, Lee Kun-hee, explaining that they would pay the $1 billion dollars owed in the recently ruled case against Samsung in this way.
For those of you not familiar with the case, couple years ago, Apple, under the supervision of Steve Jobs, launched a courtroom battle against a handful of Android based companies for infringement on key Apple patents that make the iPhone the global sensation that it is. Such patents included the two finger pinch to zoom in, the iPhone’s glass back that we all seem to have broken, and the overall black flat design of the iPhone.
The South Korean company, who was involved in the lawsuit told the media that his company would not be intimidated by a group of “geeks with style” and that if they want to play dirty, they also know how to do it. “You can use your coins to buy refreshments at the little machine for life or melt the coins to make computers, that’s not my problem, I already paid them and fulfilled the law.”
The funny part is that the signed document does not specify a single payment method, so Samsung is entitled to send the creators of the iPhone their billion dollars in the way they deem best. This dirty but genius geek troll play is a new headache to Apple executives as they will need to put in long hours counting 20 billion coins, to check if it is all there and to try to deposit it crossing fingers to hope a bank will accept all the coins.
Well played Samsung, well played. Now we will have to wait and see if Apple retaliates.
